Real Estate Clerk, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are the first point of contact at the telephone switchboard and reception
• You maintain daily telephone and personal contact with tenants, interested parties, and caretakers
• Furthermore, you provide valuable administrative support in property management, for example in the preparation of rental contracts and advertisements
• Conducting viewings with prospective tenants and assigning repair orders to craftsmen complete your range of duties
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a businesswoman / businessman or have completed a commercial school
• In addition, you bring professional experience from the real estate or a closely related sector
• A category B driving licence is absolutely necessary (own car is not a requirement)
