Team Leader: Chocolate Production Moulding
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading employees in shift operations
- Monitoring and controlling occupational safety, quality, and key figures within the area of responsibility
- Assisting with production and personnel planning
- Participating in investment projects as well as implementing continuous improvement/Lean projects
- Coordinating and liaising with internal interfaces
Requirements
- Successfully completed training in the food industry or a technical qualification (HFP / industrial foreman advantageous)
- Experience in leading employees
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in food production
- Technical understanding and experience with plant control systems advantageous
- Good PC skills (MS Office), SAP advantageous
