To strengthen our Resident Services department, we are looking for a service-oriented, team-capable, committed, and resilient individual as of February 1, 2026.
Your area of responsibility includes
• Advising and supporting residents at the resident control counter, by phone, and digitally
• Maintaining/updating the resident register, processing registrations/deregistrations and changes according to legal requirements, processing various mutations
• Issuing official orders in case of violations of the registration obligation
• Issuing identity cards, certifications, and attestations
• Providing address information according to legal provisions
• Cash management and correct cash accounting
• Independent correspondence
• Assisting with apprentice supervision
• Later training in other specialized topics of resident services
Your profile
• Administrative apprenticeship or commercial training with completed further education in the public sector
• Several years of professional experience in the area of resident control
• Proficient use of MS Office and Innosolv
• Confident expression in spoken and written German; foreign language skills (English) are an advantage
• Enjoyment in contact with the team, residents, as well as offices and authorities
• Very high quality and sense of responsibility
• Independent and very precise working style
• You keep a cool head in hectic situations or challenging customer contacts
