Who are we?
The Sarine District Court is the court of first instance responsible for the Sarine district in the canton of Fribourg.
This bilingual court employs around sixty staff members who contribute daily to the smooth functioning of justice and to serving the public.
It sits in civil and criminal matters and also assumes the responsibilities of several specialised jurisdictions, such as the Labour Court or the Tenancy Court.

Your tasks
- Manage the civil registry secretariat
- Administrative management of files
- Keep the diary up to date
- Participate in the organisation of hearings
- Take minutes of hearings
Desired profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- Very good writing skills
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility and discretion, ease in contacts and ability to work independently while integrating into a team
- Proficiency in common IT tools, knowledge of Tribuna software is an advantage
- Professional experience in the legal field is desirable
- Fluency in French, knowledge of German is an advantage
