Exciting challenges
Scheduling of internal and external personnel
Ensuring that our internal resources are optimally planned
Checking and processing freelancer invoices
Various clarifications, hotel/flight bookings, clothing distribution
Managing the telephone switchboard
What you bring
Completed commercial apprenticeship or basic craft training with business school qualification
Knowledge of the event industry is an advantage
Willingness to find solutions in emergencies, even on weekends
Enjoyment of contact and flair for maintaining the network, by phone and in writing (email)
Very good German skills, English at least at B2 level
Confident use of Outlook, Excel and Teams
