What you can achieve
- Assuming the role of Digital Service Owner (DSO) for the operation and technical provision of software solutions
- Ensuring the structured transition of software into the operational environment as well as accompanying deployments, releases, and changes
- Responsibility for stable service processes and continuous optimisation of operational workflows in complex system landscapes
- Taking on second-level tasks as well as analysing and coordinating technical faults and operational issues
- Automating operational and deployment processes as well as supporting modern deployment and release methods
- Close collaboration with development, operations, and platform teams to sustainably ensure service quality
- Support in monitoring, troubleshooting, and the continuous improvement of system stability
- Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring comprehensible operational and handover processes
What you bring with you
- Training or degree in computer science, systems engineering, or comparable technical qualification
- Experience in operational IT operations, service management, or application management
- Good knowledge of release, change, and deployment processes as well as handling productive system environments
- Experience in automation, scripting, and ideally in CI/CD-related operational processes
- Understanding of incident management, second-level support, and technical fault analysis
- Knowledge of container technologies, platform operations, or cloud environments is an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style with high personal responsibility
- Fluent German skills; English and/or French skills are an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
