What you will achieve
- Maintain, repair, and expand existing fire alarm systems
- Realize small to medium projects
- Advise and support customers in all technical matters
- Close collaboration with the project manager, service manager, and the executing electricians
- Provide on-call service after the introduction phase
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions
- Main area of operation: City of Zurich and surroundings
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
What you bring
- Completed training as an electrician (EFZ), automation technician (EFZ), electrical installer (EFZ), electrician (EFZ), electronics technician (EFZ), or equivalent vocational training
- Good knowledge in low voltage and building technology
- Experience in the field of safety technology is an advantage
- Good PC user skills and technical affinity
- Quick comprehension as well as flexible and independent working style
- Willingness to travel: City of Zurich and surroundings and a driver's license category B
- Commitment and reliability as well as great enjoyment in direct customer contact
- Strong customer, project, and service orientation
