Your responsibility

• You make decisions within your competence regarding financing requests (property valuations, financial capacity, etc.) for owner-occupied properties.
• You advise clients as well as colleagues from our bank branches on all matters related to mortgage operations.
• You handle administrative tasks related to our field and actively contribute to the smooth running of mortgage business.
• You are responsible for your credit portfolio and are part of a team of specialists.
• You actively participate in projects within our department.

Your qualifications

As part of the new organisation of our credit advisory centre and its transformation phase, we need temporary support. This position is fixed-term until the end of 2027, with the possibility of extension. We particularly welcome applications from young talents (for example, former apprentices) as well as from people close to retirement who wish to bring their extensive experience to our team. Specifically, you meet the following profile:

• You have completed basic commercial training (or equivalent) in a bank or insurance company and have several years of experience in managing construction loans and/or mortgages within a Swiss bank or insurance company.
• You have good knowledge of German in a multilingual working environment.
• You have an outgoing and empathetic nature.
• You enjoy interacting with your clients.
• You have a sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and ensure the quality of your work.
• You think in networks, are curious, see connections, and build bridges.
