Then you are exactly right with us!In this exciting role, you analyse, repair and test surgical devices as well as phaco handpieces according to the highest quality standards. With your solid technical know-how, you also make an important contribution to training our international sales partners at our location in Berneck.
What you can achieve
- Perform systematic inventory of all incoming repairs
- Carry out subsequent repairs/function tests as well as final inspection in compliance with the requirements regarding process, work and test regulations, documentation (Fiels Service D365), deadlines and safety guidelines
- Ensure comprehensible and consistent product documentation and history
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows (CIP)
What distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, production mechanic or comparable
- Experience in troubleshooting devices is an advantage
- Very precise working method with a high quality awareness
- Willingness for occasional service assignments in the DACH region
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills in spoken and written form are desirable
- Analytical, independent and reliable working style
- Initiative and team-oriented personality
- Flexible availability
- Ability and joy in imparting knowledge
