What you develop:
• You are responsible for the technical, administrative and financial management of the projects entrusted to you within the scope of our activities for the Naval sector.
• You coordinate studies, purchasing, production, subcontracting, testing, packaging and shipments to customers.
• You play a key role in the relationship with our internal teams and with our clients.
• You are in charge of reporting (quality/costs/deadlines) internally and to the client.
• You prepare cost estimates for the offers of our future projects that will be entrusted to you.
What you bring:
• You hold an engineering degree in the field of mechanics or a related field to machine design (electrotechnics, automation, software, robotics).
• You have at least 10 years of experience in project management in the industrial sector, ideally in the design and production of large-scale special machines.
• You have a strong technical background that allows you to understand the client’s needs, then guide and optimise the designs to be carried out by our design offices. Knowledge in welding is a plus.
• You demonstrate great autonomy, initiative and efficiency to achieve objectives while optimising resource use.
• An excellent communicator in French and English (spoken and written), you regularly bring together your multidisciplinary teams to stimulate synergies and converge towards your project goals. You have proven experience in managing client relationships.
• You are fully proficient with MS Office software and accustomed to managing projects with an ERP, ideally Pro Concept.
• You are able to travel within Switzerland and abroad (about 10% of your time) to meet our clients and subcontractors.
