Your Tasks
- Coordinating the practical OTA training
- Targeted support of trainees (m/f/d) on site
- Assessing performance, advising and supporting in learning work processes
- Accompanying and supporting trainees in achieving their learning objectives and competence development.
- Development, implementation and continuous further development of the central practical instruction concept
Your Profile
- Completed training as a surgical technical assistant or nursing specialist with further training in operating theatre
- Further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d)
- At least two years of professional experience in the operating theatre area
- Proficiency in handling clinic-specific IT systems
- Committed and team-oriented personality
- High level of social competence and empathy in dealing with trainees (m/f/d)
- Careful and routine way of working
