• You coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and ensure efficient processes
• You ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations according to our hotel standards
• You assist in creating duty rosters and contribute to optimal team scheduling
• You professionally handle guest requests and complaints to ensure an excellent service experience

• You are enrolled at a Swiss hotel management school
• You have a solid basic education in gastronomy
• You have fluent German and English skills
• You possess a high service orientation and a great deal of flexibility
• You are a committed, independent, and team-oriented personality
• You have a professional appearance as well as impeccable manners
