At Lavaux Hospital, our human-scale medical team includes, among others, six assistant doctors who cover mandates from six months to one year. Aware of and committed to our role in the basic training of tomorrow’s caregivers, we also actively collaborate with regional nursing schools and welcome around twenty nursing students per year, as well as APS, ASSC, Occupational Therapist and Red Cross interns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and develop personalised treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.
• Provide physiotherapy sessions tailored to each patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure accurate follow-up and documentation of patients’ progress.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
• Participate in team discussions and propose ideas to improve clinical practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification, validated by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Previous experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Initiative and proactive attitude towards continuous improvement of care.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
