• Supporting project management in planning and implementing internal bank projects
• Gradually taking over your own work packages and subprojects
• Contributing to schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
• Coordination with specialist departments, IT, and external partners
• Preparation and moderation of workshops and meetings
• Maintaining project plans and status reports
• Participation in introduction and change processes

• Completed studies (FH/University) in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in the project environment, e.g. as PMO or through internships, trainee programmes, or first professional positions
• Basic understanding of project management methods
• Interest in the banking and financial environment as well as IT affinity
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office (Confluence and Jira advantageous)
