• Support organisational units in demanding legal issues in the areas of data protection, IT law and compliance and develop practical solutions for complex matters

• Participate in data protection impact assessments (DPIA) and in the further development of the compliance management system

• Accompany IT procurements and advise on information security issues

• Take on defined legal areas and be responsible for a high quality of legal services

• Conduct proceedings independently or coordinate efficiently and purposefully with external legal counsel

• Conduct training and awareness-raising measures on data protection and compliance topics

• Completed law degree (preferably with a practising certificate)

• Several years of professional experience in the public administration or in a business-oriented law firm

• Sound knowledge of compliance, IT and data protection law as well as ideally experience in energy law

• Interest in interdisciplinary issues and economic contexts

• Independent, solution-oriented and practical working style as well as the ability to analyse complex contexts and include entrepreneurial aspects

• Initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit

• Very good editorial and communication skills in German
