The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and markets state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in biopharma, chemistry, and breweries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, and sensors for measuring cell density, which are enormously important in biological processes and unique worldwide with their innovative technology.

This is what you can achieve:

Technical customer support in 1st level support for technical and simple application-related inquiries

Support for customers in southern Germany, eastern Austria, as well as the German- and Italian-speaking parts of Switzerland

Representational support of other sales areas within Europe, especially Germany and Austria

Independent planning and execution of service tasks at the customer’s site

Technical and economic assessment of customer complaints

Coordination of sustainable solutions with the Technical Support and Application Support teams in Switzerland

Recording and processing of customer complaints and returns in ServiceNow

Logistical and documentary support of field service colleagues in Europe

Processing of customer products sent in for service at the Höchst or Domat/Ems locations

Conveying expertise in customer seminars, webinars, as well as internal and external training sessions

Carrying out the activity with a high travel rate of max. approx. 60–80 %

This is what you bring with you:

Completed technical training, ideally as an automation technician, process or system technician, or in a related field

Further education at HF, TS, Bachelor, Master level or similar is preferred

Initial professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in technical customer contact

Background related to the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, or food & beverage is an advantage

Structured and methodical way of working

Very good language skills in English and German, spoken and written
