Tasks
Control, coordinate, communicate:
In this versatile and responsible role, you apply your pronounced accounting and administrative skills daily. You independently manage accounts receivable accounting including dunning and collection and take over the monthly, quarterly and annual closings in the accounts receivable area. In addition, you handle tasks in the general ledger and perform reconciliations. Furthermore, you are the central contact point for our customers regarding accounting matters: You prepare loan agreements, coordinate and control contract management, and take care of invoicing school fees. With your focus on the essentials, you analyze and optimize processes and actively contribute to the further development of our accounting programs.
Requirements
Qualified, motivated, committed:
You have completed commercial training and ideally further education in the financial sector (e.g. accounting clerk) as well as several years of professional experience.
You have German language skills at least at C2 level and communicate confidently and fluently both orally and in writing. Your working style is structured, independent, reliable and discreet, and you value precision. IT affinity is a matter of course for you; perhaps you have even worked with Abacus? Thanks to your high social competence and pronounced service orientation, you find it easy to deal with different stakeholder groups.

From this understanding, we place great value on personal collaboration on site and consciously create space for direct exchange, spontaneous encounters and a lively togetherness.
