- Interest in data management, data quality, and data-driven work
- Initial experience in programming/automation (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL, or similar)
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment in understanding connections
- Independent, reliable working style
- Motivation to actively participate and take responsibility throughout your studies
- Teamwork skills and clear communication
- Ideally, you speak a second national language fluently
