Automation Technician for Rail Vehicle Diagnostics and Maintenance
Activities
- Analyse and rectify electrical and mechanical defects on rail vehicles
- Carry out maintenance, overhauls, and technical modifications on vehicles
- Contribute to the upkeep and creation of maintenance documentation
- Perform shunting and test drives following driver-specific training
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electromechanic, vehicle diagnostician, or a related field
- Strong interest or experience in computer-based diagnostic systems and IT applications
- Ensure very good German language skills
- Practice an independent and reliable working style with a focus on safety
- Possess a category B driving licence
- Residence with a maximum commuting time of 50 minutes to the deployment site in Dietikon
- Willingness to complete training as a category B80 train driver
