Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing in 2-Shift Operation
Activities
- As a CNC polymechanic, you operate a 3-axis CNC milling center with Heidenhain control iTNC 530. You set up the machine according to the clamping plans from TopSolid and are responsible for the proper assembly of the tools based on the TopSolid tool lists. In addition, you work with a CNC-controlled goblet tool setting device.
- You independently process customer orders in compliance with the applicable manufacturing and inspection guidelines as well as other quality requirements. This also includes order-related bookings in the ERP system. Your goal is the production of precision parts conforming to drawings.
Requirements
You have a basic education as a polymechanic and/or production mechanic specializing in CNC milling, possess solid CNC knowledge, and are willing to work in a 2-shift operation. You have an exact and precise way of working and good communication skills in GermanOffer
