The Private Customers Business Unit serves customers with assets up to 1 million CHF. It forms the core of the bank and significantly shapes the market presence and reputation of Zürcher Kantonalbank.
Sales management plays a central role: together with sales and other stakeholders, the team designs a systematic, integrated, and effective market approach for the direct bank and the 51 branches. It supports the continuous development of data-driven sales and makes a significant contribution to the long-term sales strategy as well as to strengthening sales and advisory competencies.
Your tasks
- Building, leading, and further developing a comprehensive sales enablement approach and sales empowerment program for the Private Customers Business Unit in line with the sales strategy and market approach
- Developing and implementing empowerment measures to strengthen the sales and advisory skills of employees and managers
- Content and methodological coordination with key stakeholders such as the sales intuition, the People & Culture learning team, sales management, and marketing & communication
- Monitoring, evaluation, and continuous optimization of the effectiveness of all sales enablement measures
- Inspiring sparring for leaders in the further development of sales competencies, processes, and tools
Your profile
- Higher business education (FH, university) with a focus on sales, sales management, learning & development, or change management
- Relevant experience in (retail) banking
- Solid experience in sales management and/or sales enablement with a very good understanding of market approach, sales control, and development
- Strong conceptual skills as well as high implementation power
- Ability to translate complex content into clear, structured, and effective empowerment programs
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
