About the job
Our very beautiful establishment, with a unique view, is located in Evilard. With the participation of our 60 collaborators, we contribute to the well-being of our 46 residents. Your field of activity
- You provide care and support adapted to the needs of the residents, ensuring good quality care.
- You accompany our apprentices in collaboration with the person responsible for training.
- You independently manage care documentation and the care process, leading case discussions.
- You take part of the responsibility for BESA/RAI assessments.
- You assume responsibility for the day, set the right priorities in the organization of daily work and planning for the next day.
- Perform emergency diagnostics and clinical evaluation.
- Close contact with doctors and visits.
- Management of resident admissions and discharges.
- Medication management (ordering, distribution, etc.).
- You will participate in working groups, help organize short internal training sessions, and will be jointly responsible for implementing innovations.

- French-speaking with proficiency in German or vice versa.
