You work 100% in Zug or partially remote
This position offers you
- You take on the subproject management including project planning, communication, and coordination in the assigned product segment. This includes defining and structuring purchasing tasks for pre-series and series projects as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders
- You ensure that all relevant deadlines and milestones for all procurement tasks as well as the upstream and downstream activities in the project are met
- In budget monitoring and cost control, you support the project manager and other stakeholders by developing measures to reduce costs, actively participating in supplier negotiations, and preparing well-founded decision bases and detailed analyses
- The organization, execution, and leadership of workshops, working groups, and meetings in critical decision-making and scheduling situations are also part of your responsibilities. You ensure efficient decision-making through targeted preparation and moderation
- You monitor the phase-in/phase-out processes and represent the purchasing team during replacements and model changes. You coordinate the inventory build-up and reduction topics in procurement and supply chain
You bring the following to the position
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable education
- You have experience in project management and coordination of complex purchasing projects
- Your backpack is filled with extensive knowledge in supplier management and cost control
- Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working are a matter of course for you
- High teamwork and leadership skills in interdisciplinary teams characterize you, as well as the ability to convincingly and effectively represent the interests of purchasing within the company
- You have very good German and English skills

With your sense for efficiency, you develop clever cost reduction measures together with category management and are the central contact person for all procurement questions in your segment.
