Project Manager / Field Coordinator Service (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As a project coordinator, you take over the projects from project management and lead the entire technical installation and qualification process for our systems.

Your main tasks:

Interface to project management to meet milestones up to handover

Deployment planning of installation & commissioning technicians and our subcontractors

Participation in project meetings, briefings, and debriefings of the project and technicians

Close cooperation with the customer, project management, engineering, and production

Accurate and timely handover of planning and design to the sales and service departments

Responsibility for the complete documentation of the project handover, including initiation of the warranty

Site inspections as needed to ensure efficient installation and installation time

Contact person for the customer for technical questions during installation and commissioning

Participation in scheduling meetings for new installations of sterilizers and washers

Development and management of schedules and deadlines

Your profile

Technical education, preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanics

Experience in project leadership

Experience in dispatching service technicians for installation and commissioning in an international company

Business management training or in project management is an advantage

Knowledge of GxP guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

Organizational skills

Ability to read and understand construction documents (drawings, details, and technical specifications)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

German & English spoken and written

MS Office, SAP user knowledge

Driver's license class B

Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
