Your responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers and fulfilling demanding customer requests in sales conversations
- Analyzing customer needs and presenting solutions
- Presenting trends and products, creating customer events and sales promotions, and designing experience worlds
- Receiving and processing repairs, returns, and complaints
- Recognizing current developments and trends in retail and integrating them into daily work
- Performing tasks in operational and inventory management processes using our IT systems
- Communicating across various channels
- Working in different teams
Your profile
- You enjoy approaching people, even those you don't know, and your winning personality helps you persuade others
- Many could learn from your sense of trends
- You have completed secondary education (school with advanced requirements) and have good grades
- You can communicate in a foreign language
- You are willing to work on Saturdays and in the evenings
