Within the team of our Ticino Regional Center, you will be responsible for optimal customer support and professional coordination of technical service specialists.

Activities:

• Optimal planning of the deployment of technical service specialists
• Telephone advice for both professional and private customers
• Preparation of offers
• Checking and modifying service invoices
• Processing service orders
• Managing and monitoring service orders
• Diverse tasks with responsibilities in a successful family business
• Rotating function with decision-making margins
• A close-knit and dynamic team
• Attractive working conditions
• Comprehensive commercial training or equivalent experience
• Experience as a call center operator (inbound/outbound, front office, etc.) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the German language
• Familiarity with common Microsoft Office applications and SAP knowledge
• Customer service-oriented and friendly personality
• Good ability to manage workload, even during busy periods
