Workshop Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an experienced workshop manager due to an upcoming retirement on 1.10.2026 or by arrangement. In this key position, you will take on a variety of responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of assignments for workshop staff and field service technicians

• Receipt and structured processing of customer orders

• Expert advice to customers on technical issues

• Leadership, promotion and professional support of your team

• Preparation of cost calculations and order documents

• Active participation: You pitch in yourself during high workloads

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following to shine in this position:

• Completed training as a construction, agricultural, motor equipment or commercial vehicle mechanic

• Proficient use of digital systems and IT applications

• Excellent organisational skills and resilience even in hectic phases

• Leadership experience or the willingness to take responsibility for a team

• Further training as a workshop manager or diagnostic technician is an advantage

• Economic thinking and awareness of cost efficiency

• German at native speaker level, French skills are welcome

• Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill

• Team spirit and strong customer orientation

• Communicative competence in dialogue with various contacts

• Independent, careful and methodical working style ?
