About the job

• Ensuring resource-appropriate planning, scheduling, release and printing of customer and production orders

• Monitoring & optimisation of the production and delivery schedule

• Control of inventory levels and material flow

• Creating and maintaining work plans and bills of materials in the ERP

• Review and correction of standard times in ERP

• Collection and evaluation of key figures

• Participation in and leading meetings and conferences

• Ensuring the interface between different departments

• Contributing to optimisation projects

• Completed technical basic training with further education as a process specialist, process technician HF

• Several years of experience in production planning

• Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage

• Proficient use of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as MS Projects

• Experience with ERP systems

• Basic knowledge of LEAN management

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong interconnected thinking (cross-departmental and cross-functional)

• Project management knowledge is an advantage

• Knowledge of SAP / InforCOM is an advantage
