The role of Brand & Marketing is to ensure a consistent expression and delivery of Julius Baer’s brand and corporate character across touch points, different media and channels to its most important stakeholders.
IHRE AUFGABEN
Branding Responsibilities

Manage and respond to daily branding requests across the bank (global stakeholders)

Review and ensure brand consistency of marketing materials (presentations, publications, videos, etc.)

Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines and frameworks

Conduct a structured review of existing materials across divisions and identify branding gaps and improvement opportunities

Coordinate and develop visual concepts (e.g. imagery, layouts) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies

Support the development of a more innovative and forward-looking brand roadmap
Operational and coordination tasks

Handle image sourcing and requests, including coordination with agencies

Maintain and organise brand assets, archives, and documentation
-
Support administrative processes (budgets, invoices, project tracking, etc.)

Act as a point of contact for branding-related topics across departments
Advertising support

Support the development and execution of advertising campaigns in collaboration with the advertising team and external agencies

Assist with coordination, production, and rollout of campaigns where needed
YOUR PROFILE

Degree or relevant training in marketing, branding, communications, or similar
-
First professional experience (in-house or agency), with exposure to branding
-
Strong interest in branding, visual identity, and brand development
-
Good eye for design and attention to detail

Proficient use of PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign is a strong plus
-
Structured, hands-on, and reliable working style
-
Proactive, but comfortable working in a support-oriented role within a small team

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fluent in English
