To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Client Relationship Management . Our mission is for one of our clients, a Private Bank in Geneva.
- Participating in gathering, analyzing client requirements, and writing detailed functional specifications needed for development center of our client, based in Luxembourg;
- Supporting and assisting the IT teams based in Geneva during various cycles;
- Ensuring the proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility into the bank's overall information system by conducting FATs/integration tests;
- Supporting and coordinating testing phases with end users;
- Providing level 3 support in case of production incidents.
Your profile and skills:
- You hold a degree in Computer Science (University, HES, Federal Diploma, EPF) or possess equivalent qualifications.
- You possess a previous experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
- You demonstrate excellent knowledge of wealth management, investment strategies, and financial products.
- You possess strong expertise in CRM-related activities.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- You display strong analytical skills, combined with a talent for problem-solving.
- You work autonomously and can independently analyze data from multiple systems.
- You are proficient in SQL query languages and tools for accessing and managing databases.
- You have solid knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodology, particularly Scrum.
- You are familiar with APIs and related tools, including JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
- You communicate fluently in both French and English and enjoy working in an international environment.
- You are a Swiss resident.
