- Professional and personnel management of a team of approx. 15 employees
- Support, coaching, further development, and assistance of employees in challenging situations within the team
- Ensuring consistently high service quality
- Managing daily tasks, priorities, and resources in a 24/7 environment
- Close collaboration with Workforce, project managers, and clients
- Further development of processes, knowledge management, and workflows
- Participation in recruitment days and conducting assessments during employee acquisition
- Involvement in daily business operations
- Fluent Swiss German or German skills in spoken and written form as well as another national language (French or Italian)
- Enjoy helping people develop professionally and personally
- Confident, clear communication – even under high workload
- Structured working style and a good understanding of KPIs and operational management
- Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
- Motivation to actively shape the strategic importance of the 24/7 team
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- A clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required for employment
