Registered Nurse as Location Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You lead, coach and develop a team of 20-25 employees
• You also take on duty, deployment and holiday planning
• You coordinate the day-to-day business
• Assessments and case management with interRAI HC for clients are also part of your demanding role
• Finally, you ensure the training of apprentices
• The workload can be between 80-100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a certified nurse HF / certified nurse HF
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• Targeted further training is highly desirable but not mandatory
• You also bring experience in outpatient care and have already proven yourself in a leadership role
• Do you consider yourself empathetic, well organised and communicative?
