Social Worker 60-80% (M/F)

For one of our major clients in the social and healthcare sector, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous Social Worker to strengthen their home care teams in the North Vaud region.

Type of Position :

• Fixed-term temporary assignment of 3 months

• Activity rate to be agreed between 60% and 80%

Mission Description :

• Identify and assess the specific needs of clients in order to carry out appropriate social interventions, including personalised follow-up

• Provide advice and support to informal carers, while offering strategic guidance to improve clients’ well-being

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with the external medico-social network for a coordinated approach

• Actively manage client files by acting as the social referent

Requirements :

• Degree in Social Work or recognised equivalent qualification

• Ideally 2 years of experience in Switzerland

• Strong knowledge of social insurance and the social-healthcare system of the canton of Vaud

• Mastery of administrative procedures with ease and confidence

• Autonomy, versatility, and excellent listening and communication skills

• Driving licence essential

Assets :

• Knowledge of Medlink software

• Certified training in social insurance

• Strong interest in home care and helping relationships

• Own vehicle
