The home economics courses for the secondary schools of the Canton of Zurich are conducted by Strickhof. These three-week courses with boarding take place in various course centers in Switzerland.
As of September 1, 2025, or by agreement, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the school administration HWM in Affoltern am Albis.

As of September 1, 2025, or by agreement, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the school administration HWM in Affoltern am Albis.
Your main tasks:
- Support the school management HWM in the areas of school development, personnel development, and organizational development
- Assume personnel management and related tasks
- Plan, implement, and evaluate school development
- Maintain documentation and ensure quality
- Assume leadership functions and responsibilities in the absence of the school management
- If interested, there is the possibility to additionally take on a teaching load
Our expectations of you:
- Experience in process design and organizational development
- Experience in employee management
- Willingness to support the school management HWM regarding school development
- Assume administrative tasks of the school management HWM
- Positive, solution-oriented, and integral personality
- Flexibility regarding presence in the various course houses
- Teaching experience is an advantage
