• At least 5 years of professional experience as a machine operator or plant operator
• Good practical experience in a production company
• Basic German skills for work instructions and safety regulations
• Physically fit and resilient
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
• Flexibility for occasional Saturday shifts during increased workload
• Age ideally up to 40 years
