To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as:

Role Objective:

In this position, you organise and coordinate international project and trade fair transports, ensuring their timely and smooth execution. With your expertise in freight forwarding and logistics, you independently manage customers, develop customised transport solutions and accompany projects throughout the entire logistics process.

Your Tasks:

• Independent handling of worldwide project, trade fair and event transports by air, sea and land freight
• Support of existing customers as well as active acquisition of new customers
• Calculation and preparation of offers as well as procurement of freight services
• Coordination of international import and export shipments
• Monitoring and control of logistical processes from planning to delivery
• Occasional foreign assignments to support trade fairs and events

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent or comparable qualification
• Experience in international transport and freight forwarding handling
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Customer-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality
