Contribute
- Timely and audit-proof coding of all specialties for inpatient treatments according to the applicable coding rules (BfS guidelines, SwissDRG)
- Support in the continuous improvement of documentation and coding quality and the interfaces to hospital operations
- Assistance in handling health insurance rejections
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
Bring along
- Training as a doctor or nurse, ideally with additional training (e.g. ICU, anesthesia, OR, emergency)
- Experience in medical coding, ideally with a federal specialist certificate in coding
- Good knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, surgical-operational terms, and hospital treatment processes
- Structured, independent, and careful working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of digital tools and MS Office
