Employee in Customer Service / Work Preparation (m/f/d) 100%
Your main tasks include:
- Telephone and written communication with our customers regarding customer requests, appointments, and transport
- Internal coordination of customer concerns through the internal production departments
- Internal appointment tracking as well as coordination with production and transport for a smooth process
- Incoming inspections, order creation, recording orders in the ERP system
What you bring:
- Ideally a commercial apprenticeship (industrial clerk / office clerk) or also with a technical education with IT experience
- You can communicate well in German both orally and in writing; French skills are an advantage
- Organizational talent, good and open communication, and a pronounced affinity for service and customer care
- Quick comprehension, creativity, and flexible thinking
