GSP Employee (m/f/d) in Customer Service / Work Preparation 100%

The Galvaswiss Group operates the largest hot-dip galvanizing plants, paint shops, and powder coatings in Switzerland. For our location in Pratteln with about 75 employees, we are looking for a

• Telephone and written communication with our customers regarding customer requests, appointments, and transport
• Internal coordination of customer concerns through the internal production departments
• Internal appointment tracking as well as coordination with production and transport for a smooth process
• Incoming inspections, order creation, recording orders in the ERP system

• Ideally a commercial apprenticeship (industrial clerk / office clerk) or also with a technical education with IT experience
• You can communicate well in German both orally and in writing; French skills are an advantage
• Organizational talent, good and open communication, and a pronounced affinity for service and customer care
