- Oversee smooth service operations during breakfast and lunch starting at 06:30.
- Support conference guests during lunch in coordination with the Banquet Department.
- Prepare and wrap up the morning shift while conducting training sessions.
Skills
- Completed training as a restaurant professional; leadership experience preferred.
- Responsible, flexible, and resilient team player.
- Good German and English language skills required.

- Monitor and ensure a smooth service process during breakfast and lunch with shifts usually starting at 6:30 a.m.
- Attend to conference guests during lunch in coordination with the Banquet Department
- Preparation and follow-up of the early shift
- Conduct training and coaching sessions
- Reception, care, and farewell of guests
- Allocation of service staff
- Check the restaurant for cleanliness and functionality
- Occasional support in the evening service
Your profile
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist
- First leadership experience is an advantage
