Project Manager RIS Customers (80 – 100%)

To expand our project management team, we are looking for a Project Manager RIS Customers.
Your tasks include project management for the introduction and support of our RIS module in Swiss hospitals. You are the primary contact person for customers, analyze their needs, and advise on mapping clinical processes in KISIM. You coordinate internal CISTEC tasks and are responsible for efficient project management to achieve qualitative, timely, and financial goals. You also support customers in the long-term planning of the further development of their KISIM installations. You represent CISTEC at various customer events. Further tasks include:
- Coordinative support of the RIS specialist team
- Acquisition of new projects and customer support
- Organization and participation in specialist events, workshops, and trade fairs to present the RIS
- Project management for RIS introductions and support of the project team
- Close collaboration with other internal teams (Product, Development, Commercial, Sales)
Your profile
- Project management: You have experience in project management and have independently led several projects
- It is advantageous if you have knowledge in radiology (RIS or PACS) or disposition: e.g., training in the medical or technical field
- Organizational and communication talent
- Experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or product presentations
- Affinity for IT systems and interest in digital processes in healthcare
- Enjoy interacting with users and organizing specialist events
- Team-oriented, structured, and communicative working style
- You think solution-oriented and are not blocked by problems
- You are communicative, have high consulting competence, and value professional customer contact
- You find it easy to build trust and create a positive working atmosphere
- You act skillfully in negotiation situations and find compromises without losing sight of project goals
- You think service-oriented and have a confident, convincing appearance
- You master German spoken and written, French is an advantage
