Exciting tasks await:

• Further development as well as professional and personnel management of the Infrastructure & Engineering group within the ICT Operations service
• Responsibility for the operation of the Cantonal Emergency Call Centre, the police data network, Mobile Device Management and the POLYCOM security radio network
• Second level support in the infrastructure area
• Conceptual and technical collaboration on projects, management of sub-projects
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (users, project managers, cantonal IT, suppliers)

What you bring:

• Basic training in computer science, completed further education in computer science at university of applied sciences level or comparable further education
• Several years of experience in operating highly available IT infrastructures
• Leadership personality with a desire to shape, high willingness to learn and pronounced social skills
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style, strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to be on call for the emergency call centre and Polycom (approx. 8 weeks per year)
