• Processing and invoicing of intercompany orders
• Interface management between production, engineering, purchasing, and logistics
• Communication with other locations within the group
• Updating production planning
• Creation and updating of resource lists and manufacturing orders
• Processing changes according to the change process
• Conversion of Engineering BoM to assembly parts lists (M-BoM)
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system – InforCom

• Further education as a technician HF in business processes or federal process specialist
• Good process knowledge from order entry to demand resolution in an ERP environment
• Interest in the entire supply chain process environment of industrial service delivery
• Ability for precise, fact-based communication, including with supervisors and representatives from other business areas
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and precise working style
• Networked thinking and abstraction ability
