Your tasks
- Co-design and further development of controlling and the Management Information System (MIS)
- Automation, digitization, and lean optimization of controlling and financial processes
- Development, further development, and monitoring of business plans & business cases
- Participation in monthly reporting as well as analysis of deviations and trends
- Ad-hoc analyses
- Support in developing tariff bases and cost accounting
- Provision of data deliveries to external stakeholders (Federal Statistical Office, canton, insurers, etc.)
- Participation and leadership of cross-departmental projects
- In short: You make controlling understandable, effective, and future-proof
What you bring
- Completed or ongoing studies in business administration (FH/Uni) or further education in finance and accounting or comparable
- Initial practical experience in controlling, accounting, or finance is an advantage
- High IT affinity, enjoyment of systems, data models, and automation
- Very good Excel skills, interest in BI tools and digital solutions
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Enthusiasm for lean management, continuous improvement, and efficient processes
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent time and deadline management
- A communicative, empathetic personality with a modern leadership understanding and assertiveness
- Knowledge of Rekole ®, ITAR_K, and hospital processes is an advantage
