Bricklayer as Foreman / Supervisor, 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the independent leadership and organisation of construction sites, especially for agricultural construction projects
• You take on the professional and personnel leadership of a team of about 4 bricklayers
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising the work are also part of your daily tasks
• Additionally, you ensure timely and high-quality execution
• Handling material orders and reporting are also your responsibilities
• You are furthermore the contact person for clients, planners, and internal departments

Requirements

• You have completed training as a bricklayer EFZ or have a comparable qualification in construction (m/f/d)
• Further training as a supervisor or foreman is an advantage
• Experience in leading employees on construction sites will facilitate your daily work
• A category B driving licence and good German skills are required
• A careful working style, good coordination skills, assertiveness, and natural leadership qualities are highly valued
