Specialist in Child Care (Pediatrics/KWS) / Deputy Team Leader, 80-100%
What to Expect
- Ensuring professional and needs-oriented basic and treatment care
- Ensuring and implementing medical technical procedures and care services according to training and further education standards
- Supporting the team leadership in ensuring high care quality
- Close collaboration and regular exchange with the team leadership and support in the personnel and organizational management of the residential group
- Co-designing a meaningful individual daily life for children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Taking on activities within the framework of the interdisciplinary reference person system
- Creating and maintaining care and support plans and collaborating with relatives and legal representatives
Your Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in nursing HF Pediatrics/KWS or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the health and social sector and a special flair for working with children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
