Here you plan projects from the ground up, lead your team with heart and mind, and bring every building safely to completion. Responsibility, variety and development included.
Here is what you will do
- Independently plan, coordinate and carry out construction projects – we operate in new construction, conversion and renovation
- Carry out a clean construction process planning including work preparation and personnel management
- Use resources economically and identify optimisation potentials
- Prepare measurements, offers, calculations and billing
- Ensure cost, quality and schedule control
These are your skills and strengths
- Basic training as a bricklayer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) is an advantage
- Further training as a construction foreman or foreman – or willingness to complete this
- Interest and motivation for further development (calculation, construction management, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working
- Leadership qualities and team spirit
- Customer-oriented appearance as well as assertiveness
