Psychological Counselling Specialist
Do you want to professionally support people in challenging life situations and sustainably promote mental health? At Bühler, we live health management holistically, forward-looking, and transformatively. Anchored in our in-house medical and prevention practice on site, you will actively expand psychosocial counselling as a fixed offering. Support employees confidentially and holistically from a single source – a meaningful role with plenty of scope for creativity.
This is where you will excel
- You confidentially advise and support employees with psychological, psychosocial, and personal challenges
- You identify support needs early and coordinate professional triage with internal and external specialists
- You work closely with the Bühler health team and other relevant contacts
- You actively help shape the further development of our health management, with a special focus on promoting mental health
- You ensure seamless and professional documentation while adhering to the highest data protection, confidentiality, and quality standards
These are the required skills
- Completed studies in psychology, social work, or social pedagogy with several years of experience in psychosocial counselling and crisis intervention
- Good knowledge of the Swiss health and social system
- Strong counselling, communication, and social skills combined with high empathy and sensitivity
- Absolute trustworthiness, high sensitivity in handling confidential health data, as well as an independent, precise, and team-oriented working style
- Fluent German and good English skills, as well as confidence in using common MS Office applications
