About the job
Your Tasks:
- You personally support and advise garages, workshop garages, body shops, transport companies and other businesses in your area of operation on site.
- You maintain existing customer relationships with great commitment and acquire new customers as well as interesting projects.
- You identify customer needs and current market trends and develop suitable solutions in the field of capital goods and garage equipment.
- You accompany investment projects from the initial needs assessment and on-site inspection through to the development of the solution and quotation to successful handover.
- Together with internal specialist departments, suppliers and other project partners, you coordinate planning, procurement, delivery and installation.
- You keep an eye on deadlines, costs, quality and customer requirements and ensure transparent communication between all parties involved.
- You conduct sales and contract negotiations and oversee order processing until successful project completion.
- Participation in sales meetings and training sessions as well as support at trade fairs, exhibitions and customer events are also part of your duties.
