Only natural persons residing in Switzerland who have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate. The winners, or those selected for the online voting in November, will be notified by email or SMS. If the notified person does not respond within 72 hours, this will result in the loss of the claim to the prize. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants; the provisions of the provider "Alpinlift Helikopter AG" also apply.
Only photos or films that comply with applicable laws and for which the participant holds the appropriate rights (in particular copyright and personality rights, etc.) may be used for the competition. NKB reserves the right at any time to exclude participants from the competition if a violation of these conditions is found or suspected.
The participant agrees that NKB may document and communicate the prize presentation.
