• Analysis, collection and documentation of professional requirements in the compliance environment (including AML, KYC, sanctions, tax compliance and cross-border)
• Translation of business requirements into professional concepts, user stories and practical system solutions in close collaboration with IT
• Analysis, optimisation and digitalisation of compliance processes as well as co-design of efficient target processes
• Planning, execution and coordination of professional tests (UAT) as well as ensuring the quality of system adjustments
• Participation in and management of projects related to compliance as well as coordination of various internal and external stakeholders
• Close collaboration with compliance departments, IT, project teams and external service providers to further develop the compliance system landscape

• Completed education or training in business administration, business informatics or banking (university/FH/HF)
• Several years of professional experience in the banking environment, ideally at the interface between the specialist department and IT
• Sound basic understanding of regulatory topics and compliance processes
• Methodical competence in requirements engineering and project management (agile and classical)
• Extensive knowledge of banking-specific applications, especially Avaloq and Appway, as well as experience in dealing with compliance and monitoring systems
• The ability to translate complex legal/regulatory texts into logical system processes
• Quick comprehension of complex, cross-system contexts
• Audience-appropriate communication – from IT developer to management
• Initiative, structured working method and assertiveness
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
